Lincoln Property Company (LPC) is pleased to have been chosen by the Massachusetts Bay Credit Union (MBCU) as a strategic partner to develop the 147 West Fourth Street site in South Boston.
Mass Bay Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution dedicated to serving the financial needs of its members. Originally a credit union for the MBTA beginning in 1936, it later it expanded to become MBCU and currently serves nearly 700 members from South Boston.
LPC is enthusiastic about collaborating with the West Broadway community and the city to develop an industrial/commercial project which includes a new state-of-the-art home for MBCU, new greenspace, and a community workspace for area residents.
